Where will my items be listed? All items are listed under the Powell Archive curation multiple resale platforms (including Grailed, Depop, eBay, etc.) for better visibility and quicker sales.

When do I pay for the service? After I photograph & price your items, I will send a quote. Listings go live once payment is received and you approve the details.

How do I get paid when my item sells? Once the sale is confirmed, I send your final payout amount to you via PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or another agreed method within 3–5 business days of the buyer receiving the item.

How do I get my items to you? I offer local pickup in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. You keep your items until they sell.

Do I need to create any seller profiles? No. I manage everything under my own accounts—no setup or platform maintenance needed from you.

How do you determine pricing for my items? I price based on current resale market data to help your pieces sell fast at the best value.

What’s included in the flat listing fee? Photography, pricing, copywriting, and listing under the Powell Archive curation of resale platforms. Optional add-ons include shipping, pickup, and strategy.

Do bundle prices apply to all items, regardless of value? Bundle pricing is based on items valued under $150 each. If you’re including higher-priced pieces, your final quote may be adjusted.

Is shipping included in the bundle or à la carte pricing? No—shipping is an optional add-on ($12 per pickup). It's only needed once an item sells.

What does the Promo Strategy add-on include? It includes 30 days of monitoring with suggested updates like when to promote, adjust pricing, or apply discounts to help your items sell faster.

What happens if my item doesn’t sell? You can keep it listed, update the price, or have it un-listed. I offer a promo strategy add-on to help boost visibility.

Is there a minimum number of items I need to sell with you? No minimum required, but would prefer listing batches of at least 4-6 items.

Do you accept all brands and items? I focus on designer, luxe streetwear, and elevated womenswear. I’ll review your items before confirming.

Do you offer refunds on services? All service fees are non-refundable once the work has been completed. This includes photography, pricing, listing, and any selected add-ons. Please review your quote carefully before confirming.

Are there any resale platform fees I should be aware of? Yes—each resale platform (like Grailed, eBay, or Depop) charges its own seller fees, which are deducted from the final sale price. These fees are separate from my service fees and are set by the platforms themselves.

Will I be able to see where my item is listed? Yes! You’ll receive links to each item once listed so you can track your live listings.
